It is not a dream farfetched. It is closer than we realize. A government that truly serves the American people- it is on the horizon. The status quo is no longer acceptable on either side. Corporate donors are on high alert- spending millions to support THEIR candidate, spending millions more in attack ads against their candidate’s opponent. The good and bad thing out of all this is the corruption is real and is no longer hidden behind closed doors so do not turn away no matter how much you want to. Watch how the money is spent and you will know who is on the right side of history. We need common sense leaders who do not only talk about change but who are fearless in the face of challenge and will stand up for all of us- who will make change happen in support of all of us. Overturn Citizen’s United. Get money out of politics. Support universal healthcare, universal childcare AND universal SENIOR CITIZEN CARE (love this concept!). Support a minimum wage increase to a living wage. Support protections for the working class including universal basic income and an AI PUBLIC WEALTH FUND! No more excuses- billionaires should pay their fair share in taxes. Future generations deserve a country that has a promising future- not one of doom and gloom. AFFORDABILITY IS A REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF COMMON SENSE LEADERSHIP. IF OUR LEADERS ARE OUT OF TOUCH WITH WHAT THEIR VOTERS NEED- WE DO NOT GET NEW VOTERS. WE ELECT NEW LEADERS. MID TERM ELECTIONS IN NOVEMBER 2026 ARE CRITICAL. TAKE NOTHING FOR GRANTED- EVERYONE THAT CAN VOTE SHOULD VOTE. Do your own research. If something does not make sense or does not sit well with you- push back. Question it. People who operate with integrity do not backpedal- they own their mistakes if they have made any and do not place blame on anyone else. Leaders with integrity listen to understand- not listen to respond. Be realistic without compromise when it comes to integrity. No more corporate sponsored politicians. We all deserve better.
